This allows for lawful transfers of personal data from the EU to Google in the U.S. However, please note that although we use Google Workspace, we have not entered into a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Google. This means Google is not formally acting as a data processor on our behalf under GDPR terms, and may process the data according to its own Privacy Policy.
